Device Enrollment

Device enrollment is the process of adding Android devices to your organization's Mobile Device Management (MDM) system. Once enrolled, devices can be managed, monitored, and secured according to your organization's policies.

Our MDM solution supports enrollment through the Android Management API, which provides a secure and standardized way to manage Android devices in enterprise environments.

  • Android Enterprise: Full support for Android Enterprise work profiles
  • Android Devices: Support for Android 6.0 (API level 23) and higher

Enrollment Process Overview

The enrollment process consists of four main steps:

  1. Access Enrollment Portal: Log into the onboarding portal and select "Enroll Android Device"
  2. Get Enrollment Link/QR Code: Copy the enrollment link or scan the QR code from your Android device
  3. Review Enrollment Details: The device will automatically detect enrollment information. Review and confirm
  4. Complete Setup: Follow on-screen prompts to complete device setup. Policies and apps will be installed automatically
